Summon a thundercloud to disrupt enemy heroes for a duration.
If the enemy attempts to cast spells by drawing runes, the thundercloud will periodically release lightning strikes.
Each lightning strike from the thundercloud deals 350 damage and clears any unfinished rune drawings by the player.
However, if the wizard’s rune drawing speed is faster than the lightning, they will not suffer from the lightning attack.
